Chef Leon brings the savory specialties of African cuisine to your home in this cooking class. This international feast dives into traditional techniques and authentic recipes with delicious results. Start with akara stuffed with vatapa and served with black-eyed peas, shrimp and nuts. Next is lamb suya with toasted ground peanuts and savory spices. Jollof rice with roasted tomatoes, turmeric, chilis and rice is next. Dessert is a sticky fruit pudding topped with rum caramel sauce.
