Chef Leon leads this cooking class with international flair as he brings the flavors of Japan to your home table. As he shares tips and techniques, you'll prepare a refreshing daikon salad with mizuna greens and shiso leaves. Next is homemade gyoza filled with ground pork, shiitake mushrooms and cabbage. You'll learn how to make homemade ramen for a savory ramen tonkatsu with nori and soft-boiled eggs. Dessert is a unique matcha crêpe cake with cream.
