It brings Chef Ashley true joy teaching and sharing her vast knowledge of cooking with others. Some of her specialties include fresh pastry and pasta making. She enjoys experiences and great conversations over yummy food and I truly recommend working with her if you have the chance!
Since graduating from Stratford University, Chef Ashley has been strengthening and sharing her skills in the pastry arts. The certified pastry chef loves baking sweet and savory dishes from decadent pastries to fresh bread. With experience as a volunteer instructor, culinary event assistant and cooking competition participant, Chef Ashley is excited to share her knowledge with those wanting to expand their baking skills.
