Master the art of the delicate French pastry in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ashley. In this pastry-making workshop, you'll learn how to prepare traditional French desserts that feature elegant twists and high-quality ingredients. First, you will learn how to make a classic créme brûlée that highlights the complementary flavors of sweet vanilla bean and tangy orange. Next, Chef Ashley will teach you how to whip up indulgent vanilla cream puffs topped with a tart blackberry compote. Lastly, you'll finish your workshop by preparing a moist flourless chocolate cake topped with strawberry compote and a refreshing and creamy mint Chantilly cream.
