Cooking Class: North Indian Vegetarian Cooking
Explore a vibrant vegetarian menu inspired by North Indian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Pooja. The chef will guide you as you prepare three courses of regional dishes starting with hara bhara kebabs, a popular snack filled with potatoes and peas. Next, learn how to build layers of complex flavor into a creamy paneer butter masala while practicing the techniques to perfect onion jeera pulao rice. For dessert, enjoy a traditional spiced almond dessert called badam sheera.

I loved working with Chef Pooja! She is very knowledgeable about Indian and Mediterranean cuisine and she really captures the authenticity of certain dishes on her menus. She is a skilled instructor and it's clear that she has a great deal of teaching experience. I highly recommend Chef Pooja to anyone in the area!

Her time spent living in Dubai, Mumbai and California has exposed her to a variety of cultures. Now, Chef Pooja offers her knowledge and experience to students of all cooking levels, helping them become experts in Indian cooking.
