Begin with vibrant Thai basil lettuce cups and a creamy Thai coconut soup. Next, prepare a vegan Bolognese using plant-based meat and hearty vegetables. For dessert, enjoy a refreshing mango sorbet with passion fruit juice.

Chef Gabriel is great! He is truly passionate about his cooking and we love that he has lots of variety with his menus.
