This hands-on cooking class focuses on classic steakhouse dishes. With guidance from Chef David, you'll learn to make hearty meats and delicious sides, from achieving the perfect sear on your steak to baking a decadent dessert. Begin by preparing shrimp cocktail with tangy homemade sauce. Then learn to sear a New York strip steak on the stovetop in a cast iron pan. On the side you'll prepare twice baked potatoes and charred broccolini, and for dessert you'll whip up a luscious chocolate lava cake.

We really enjoyed our Italian lunch that chef David directed. His directions made it easy for us to create with fresh and flavorful ingredients. His personality was easy going and friendly and his kitchen studio was well equipped and inviting. We’d definitely recommend and look forward to another class.
