Join Chef Rae for a unique fusion experience in this one-of-a-kind cooking class. Combine complementary ingredients from Asian and Italian cuisines to create an unforgettable menu. Begin by bringing the flavors of shrimp scampi to crispy, pan-seared dumplings, then swap the classic crostini for a lettuce wrap with a tangy bruschetta filling. You will learn to roast a succulent lobster tail with vegetable seasoning, butter and garlic for a savory entree followed by baking a zesty lemon pudding cake for dessert.

Pan-Seared Shrimp Scampi Dumplings
With wonton wrappers, spinach, ricotta, Romano, and asiago cheese
Mini Bruschetta Lettuce Wraps
With tomato, mozzarella, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and pesto
Roasted Lobster Tail
With butter, garlic, parsley and vegetable seasoning
Lemon Pudding Cake
With eggs, sugar, milk, butter, salt and flour

We had a fantastic time with Chef Rae. She was such a joy to cook with. She even taught us a new way to make our favorite dessert.
Chef Rae’s culinary career began when she served as a cook in the U.S. Army. Though her work life initially led her in a different direction, her passion for cooking and talent for self-teaching never faltered. She explored various global cuisines and completed a degree in Culinary Arts, aiming for a career as an executive and private chef. Chef Rae loves helping others find their footing in the kitchen creating delicious meals from scratch.
