Chef Tess was incredible. She was fun, energetic and knowledgeable. We have taken several cooking classes and none compare with the experience we had with Chef Tess. Highly recommend. She encouraged and created a for learning, participation and fun. We are going to be looking for another opportunity to attend one of her classes in the future.

We had a great time. Chef Tess is a lot of fun, bringing humor, a love of people, and years of culinary experience to create an enjoyable evening. The food was amazing and we all left completely full. I appreciated the techniques she shared, but most importantly I loved how she taught us that cooking is an art and doesn't have to be perfect. We can take risks with things and adjust as we go if needed, which took a lot of the anxiety out of attempting to make new recipes.
