Gain confidence in the kitchen as you cook with Chef Kamilah in this informative cooking class. You'll learn culinary techniques, knife skills and more as you prepare simple (yet delicious) recipes together. First, you'll learn to cook wings tossed in a Hennessy and honey-infused sauce. Then you'll prepare chicken Parmesan with fresh spinach, tomatoes and mozzarella all over a bed of pesto linguine. On the side, you'll learn to make broccoli sauteed in garlic butter. For dessert you'll whip up buttery shortbread cookies.

We enjoyed our class with Chef Kamilah! She clearly loves to cook and she kept us engaged the entire time while we learned new techniques. I highly recommend her classes and her private chef experiences to anyone in the NYC area!
Chef Kamilah began her culinary journey cooking with her mother, who is of Jamaican descent. This heritage infuses Kamilah’s cooking with love, and she believes that when you cook with love, it can be tasted. After cooking on the side for many years, she decided to earn a professional culinary degree to hone her skills. She now works in catering and teaches small cooking classes, and enjoys sharing her joy of cooking with others.
