Cooking Class: Learn a Latin-American Ravioli Recipe

In this cooking class, Chef Gustavo will teach you how to make sorrentinos, an Argentine spin on classic Italian ravioli. After whipping together fresh pasta dough, you'll learn to fill each ravioli with cheese, spinach and ham, which you will then top with fresh tomato sauce. This class offers a unique and worldly culinary experience.

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

My friend and I went as a date night and we had a blast. Chef Gustavo explains everything so well and made it fun and easy. Everything tasted amazing. Make sure you come hungry because there was so much to eat. Also there is free 4 hr parking across the street by the field, which he recommended!
