In this interactive cooking class, join Chef Danh as you build upon the foundational skills of sushi-making to tackle intermediate techniques. Begin the class with a light and creamy imitation crab and avocado salad before preparing your sushi components including rice, nori and fillings. Next, you will craft a tiger roll with eel sauce, a volcano roll with baked imitation crab and a unique roll created with your own favorite fillings, toppings and sauces. Finish the meal with anmitsu, a traditional Japanese parfait.

Such a great beginning class for learning sushi and the basics. It was fun, he was so friendly and we had leftovers, it was so much sushi!
