Cooking Class: Mastering the Art of Sushi
Practice the fundamentals of crafting handmade sushi from start to finish in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Danh. You'll learn the secrets to recreating some of your Japanese favorites while mastering valuable new culinary skills.
Start off strong by learning to make wonderfully crispy crab rangoons alongside a delectable sweet chili sauce. Next, get a lesson in knife skills while preparing fresh cucumber, avocado and imitation crab for a classic California roll. Next, learn how to batter and fry tempura shrimp for a Shaggy roll with avocado and prepare futomaki with a traditional Japanese egg cake, spinach and pickled carrot. Finish the meal with sweet mochi ice cream for dessert.
