Join Chef Rachel for this interactive cooking class covering the rustic French cuisine of the Provence region. You'll use authentic ingredients and traditional techniques to create this rustic menu. Start with a French country salad featuring beets, feta and a bright lemon Dijon vinaigrette. Next is poulet roti, a whole roasted chicken served with potatoes, root vegetables, lemon, herbs and butter. Dessert is a unique treat of classic French beignets complete with a robust dusting of confectioners' sugar.

Rachel was very helpful and the meal was genuinely delicious. I feel confident that I could recreate it now on my own. If you have allergies let her know so you can plan together to avoid them in your meal. She was very sweet with our dog and made due with our minimal tools and experience. We would definitely work with her again!
