Join Chef Rachel for one sweet cooking class as she teaches you how to prepare your favorite sugary goodies without any of the unhealthy ingredients. She'll teach you the secrets for preparing sweet bites that maximize mindful indulgence, so you can enjoy your dessert guilt-free. Your lesson in heart-healthy goodies will kick off with decadent brownies loaded with antioxidant-rich dark chocolate. Next, you'll prepare a batch of sweet and salty cinnamon roasted nuts before moving on to a rich and heavenly chocolate mousse crafted with nutritious ingredients you can feel good about putting in your body. Lastly, you'll end your smorgasbord of healthy treats with tangy key lime protein bites for a zesty finish!
