Experience the flavors you know and love in entirely new ways as Chef Rachel shows you how to elevate classic comfort foods in this hands-on cooking class. While you may have tasted these recipes before, you have certainly never had them like this! Instead of the traditional cheese ball, your class will begin with a classy appetizer of walnut-crusted cheese canapés before you prepare eggplant Napoleon, a reimagined eggplant Parmesan. Up next, Chef Rachel will introduce you to a novel take on meatloaf and potatoes as you cook up savory meatloaf cupcakes. Finally, the class will conclude with a lesson in dessert, as you transform the humble brownie into a magnificent brownie sundae topped with warm bourbon sauce.
