You’ll create an eclectic variety of sublime French pastries in this exciting cooking class. Chef Cheryl will teach you how to use classic French techniques to make several different doughs. You’ll kick off the class by preparing a classic pastry dough (pâte à choux) and a delectable pastry cream. Next, you’ll form a sweet tart dough (pâte sucrée), which you’ll use as the base for a creamy, eight-inch fruit tart. You’ll leave the class with a dozen gougères, two-dozen cream puffs and eclairs, and a fruit tart — which you can then share with friends and family!
