In this fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Cheryl, you’ll learn how to handcraft an eight-inch, tiered chocolate cake, from the batter to the frosting. She’ll teach you her secret chocolate cake recipe, explain cake-making fundamentals and demonstrate professional baking techniques. This unique and spectacularly delicious cake is a combination of devil’s food cake and bittersweet chocolate mousse — all smothered in a lush, handcrafted chocolate frosting. Each participant will leave with a delectable cake to share with friends and family.
