Cooking Class: Simply Refreshing Fare

In this exciting cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare simple, flavor-packed dishes that will impress friends and family for dinner parties to come. Chef Carlos will teach you how to delicately balance an array of flavors, textures and ingredient s— all while practicing professional cooking techniques. To start, you’ll craft smoked salmon canapés with crusty baguettes, dill, capers and white onion. Next, you’ll whip up a French country salad with beets, pecans and goat cheese. For the entrée, you’ll cook a mind-blowing, creamy chicken chardonnay with cremini mushrooms and spinach. To finish the meal, Chef Carlos will teach you how to make a delightful lemon berry cheesecake.

Chef Carlos is an entertaining and informative chef. He is very descriptive when showing you stop by step of his processes. He is so knowledgeable about food and you will definitely learn a lot working with him. You will certainly have a good time during his classes!
