Cooking Class: Marvelous French Feast

You’ll create iconic dishes from the revered French cuisine in this interactive cooking class. Chef Joshua Elias will teach you fundamental culinary techniques and classic recipes. You’ll begin by making an authentic, deeply-flavored French onion soup topped with creamy Gruyère and crunchy baguette. You’ll then sharpen your knife skills while preparing a savory beef Bourguignon with a side of fluffy, smooth Chantilly potatoes. For dessert, Chef Elias will teach you how to make a traditional apple tart, spiced with cinnamon and topped with silky whip cream.
