In this intimate cooking class, you and your partner will learn how to prepare a four-course, romance-filled Valentine’s Day menu — perfect for meat lovers and plant-based diets alike. For appetizers, you’ll make apple slices with homemade butter and chevre or figs. Next, you’ll build a zesty tabbouleh salad with beets, couscous and more. For the entrée, you’ll prepare soy curls or market selection steak, marinated in honey-basil marinade. To finish the meal, Chef Aleck will teach you how to craft a mocha-coconut mousse and strawberry-watermelon coulis.
