In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Eliza will teach you how to prepare beautiful, handmade Italian desserts that will impress friends and family— and your taste buds! You will leave the class with recipes, cooking techniques and to-go boxes for your sweet treats. Chef Eliza is excited to show you why Italy is the king of the dessert realm. You’ll handcraft a miraculously tender, airy tiramisu; you’ll make sublime panna cotta scooters; you’ll prepare luscious chocolate cannolis. If you have a sweet tooth and love Italian cuisine, then this is the cooking class for you!


MENU


Classic Tiramisu 

With espresso, cognac mascarpone cream and cocoa dust


Panna Cotta Shooters 

With honey, fresh whipped cream and an almond crumble


Chocolate Cannoli 

Handmade dough, orange-infused ricotta cream and chocolate chips

We had a fabulous night with great people and great food! Chef Eliza gave us much information and showed us how to use the tools we needed to prepare the food. She was patient and upbeat and informative. 10 stars if I could!
