In this unique cooking class, Korean classics collide with flavors of the Deep South. Chef Elon is eager to introduce you to his Korean-Southern fusion menu. You’ll learn how to combine Southern culinary techniques with Korean ingredients — and vice versa — to create complex, balanced flavors that will impress friends, family and your taste buds. You’ll prepare crispy Korean BBQ chicken wings; you’ll make a bibimbap red beans and rice and beef bowl; you’ll craft bourbon molasses ginger cookies and whipped coffee. Wow!

We all had a great time. Chef Elon kept us busy learning this American Korean dish. Was soooo good. The molasses cookies and whipped coffee topped off our dinner perfectly.

Chef Elon was fantastic and is such a great teacher! He is a top notch professional and has a wealth of culinary knowledge. He engaged us the entire time and we didn’t want the class to end. It’s a perfect place to have a culinary class and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend Chef Elon to anyone in the Charlotte area!
