Cooking Class: Perfect From-Scratch Pizza
Perfect the art of handcrafted pizza in this fun cooking class. Chef Christina will guide you through the pizza-making process, step by step, from rolling the dough to crafting perfect marinara sauce. You’ll explore a variety of toppings and flavors, including Italian sausage, fennel pollen, prosciutto, pepperoncini, wild mushroom and Kalamata olives. You’ll also whip up a classic Italian chopped salad with romaine, marinated garbanzos, salami and provolone. For dessert, you’ll prepare limoncello zabaglione (chocolate custard) with fresh seasonal fruit.

Chef Christina was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. She was such a good teacher and kept us engaged the entire time while we learned new techniques. It was so much fun and the food was incredible! I highly recommend this class. 5 out of 5 stars!
