Join Chef Shelby for a culinary holiday in France as she teaches you how to prepare a spread of seasonal French favorites in this hands-on cooking class! To start, you'll enjoy a creamy baked brie, as well as another traditional appetizer featuring caramelized onion, anchovies and olive. Then, Chef Shelby will guide you through the art of creating a seared scallop entrée with tarragon cream sauce and a warm lentil salad loaded will egg and bacon. There will also be vegetarian options available, too! Lastly, you'll end the night with something sweet and enjoy a sweet cinnamon pear tart for dessert. Guests are invited to bring their own wine to enjoy with the meal, and Chef Shelby recommends a pairing of pinot noir.

Chef Shelby was AMAZING. I really didn't know what to expect. She had great reviews and a previous comment about her single, magic bag of goodies was dead on. I have never experienced something like this - A professional chef, coming into our home, to teach us how to cook a great beautiful meal and the whole time we are eating delicious food!!! She was knowledgeable, super friendly, funny, and very well prepared. After she left, my boyfriend and I were talked about all night and then again this morning. We had a great time. Thank you Chef! I look forward to taking another class!!!!
