Cooking Class: Asian Fusion Cuisine

In this interactive cooking class, participants will create a variety of dishes that burst with Asian-inspired flavors. Chef Julian will teach you several fundamental skills: proper knife technique, how to cook perfect rice and how to prepare authentic sauces. You’ll begin by whipping up a batch of mother sauce, a richly flavorful, soy-sauce based dressing. Next, you’ll make a savory vegetable fried rice doused in the delicious mother sauce. Chef Julian will then teach you how to make delightfully crispy Chinese spring rolls and fresh Thai lettuce wraps.


MENU


Mother Sauce 

With soy sauce, five spice, garlic, ginger, chili paste, mustard and more


Simple Rice 

May infuse with coconut or use brown rice


Vegetable Fried Rice 

With eggs, mother sauce, peas and carrots


Chinese Spring Rolls 

With meat or vegetables


Thai Lettuce Wraps 

With meat or vegetables and a flight of dipping sauces

I highly recommend booking with Chef Julian. He is not only a fantastic chef, but he's very interesting and fun to work with. He is so knowledgeable about food and you will definitely learn a lot working with him, whether you're interested in a cooking class or hiring him for a private chef experience.
