In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Julian, participants will sharpen their cooking skills while preparing an elegant and contemporary meal using fresh produce and herbs. This unique menu is inspired by both local farmers markets and traditional French cuisine — it fuses modern American cooking with classic culinary techniques for a farm-to-table style feast. You’ll begin the class with a delightful roasted tomato tart, followed by your choice of steamed mussels or ratatouille. For the main course, you’ll prepare a hearty, French-style ravioli. To finish the meal, Chef Julian will teach you how to make authentic choux pastries topped with spun sugar.
