You’ll learn fundamental baking techniques and recipes in this exciting cooking class. Chef Julian will teach you how to prepare dough, how to make traditional pies and how to transform simple ingredients into bakery-quality cookies. You’ll first prepare two breakfast favorites: cinnamon rolls and muffins, both from scratch. You’ll then craft a delectable fruit pie with a buttery, homemade crust. To finish the meal, Chef Julian will teach you the secrets to baking heavenly chocolate cookies.
