Chef Anne will teach you how to create a perfect, simple home-cooked meal in this hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn fantastic recipes and invaluable culinary skills. For the appetizers, you’ll prepare sweet and spicy nuts, followed by a leafy green salad with homemade vinaigrette. Chef Anne will then teach you how to make a heavenly roasted chicken. For dessert, you’ll craft a sublime fruit crostata topped with homemade ice cream. This class is ideal for people who enjoy classic, homely flavors.
