In this invigorating, hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn the art of making authentic sushi. Chef Laura will teach you all her secrets — time-honored techniques needed to craft beautiful, brilliant sushi. First, you’ll create a selection of raw spring roll starters, filled with vermicelli noodles and vegetables. You’ll then make your choice of two rolls: Philadelphia, spicy tuna, smoked salmon roll or California roll. For dessert, Chef Laura will teach you how to make matcha cookies with a milk shooter.

My girlfriend and I had such an incredible night and cooking class with Chef Laura. Not only did she teach us how to prepare everything from start to finish, but she made it so much more fun than just a cooking class, chef Laura is now family. The food was absolutely delicious, and it is the best date night and experience we've ever had. Looking forward to doing another one soon, highly recommended!
Chef Laura is an entrepreneur, personal chef, culinary instructor and recipe developer who brings more than 15 years of professional culinary experience to the table. After graduating from culinary school in Denver, Chef Laura began teaching cooking classes at one of America's leading gourmet foods stores. Today, she owns her own business where she offers dinner parties and small event catering as well as cooking classes.
