In this fun, interactive cooking class, you’ll explore how to blend seafood and meat to stunning effect. Chef Elliott will teach you how to combine an eclectic mix of ingredients to create mind-blowing flavors. You’ll first prepare a refreshing salad, topped with walnuts and cranberry raisins. For the entrée, you’ll cook surf and turf— a beautiful blackened salmon and a juicy ribeye steak — served with whipped potatoes. To finish the meal, you’ll craft a light and spongy trifle — a delectable dessert.
