Using fresh ingredients and age-old cooking techniques, you’ll learn how to create sublime dishes that burst with the distinctive flavors of the American South. You’ll prepare a variety of plates, including roasted Cornish hen with cornbread dressing and braised kale. For dessert, you’ll dig into a truly Southern staple: homemade banana pudding — just like grandma used to make.
