If you have a soft spot for the soulful food of the American South, then this interactive cooking class is for you. Chef Elliot is eager to pass along his secrets. Using fresh ingredients and age-old cooking techniques, you’ll learn how to create sublime dishes that burst with the distinctive flavors of the American South. You’ll prepare a variety of plates, including roasted Cornish hen with cornbread dressing and braised kale. For dessert, you’ll dig into a truly Southern staple: homemade banana pudding — just like grandma used to make.
