In this exciting, hands-on cooking class, Chef Madi will teach you how to prepare an authentic, delicious Italian spread. You’ll learn the secrets to creating amazing Italian food, from perfect pasta to sublime sauces. For the appetizer, you’ll prepare a classic bruschetta: crunchy Italian bread topped with bright tomatoes, tangy balsamic vinegar and fresh basil. For the main course, you’ll handcraft fettuccine pasta, topped with a creamy roasted garlic Alfredo sauce and juicy blackened chicken. You’ll finish the meal with tiramisu, made with rich coffee and ladyfingers.
