In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Madi, you’ll transform simple ingredients into a marvelous Italian feast. You’ll learn how to create pizza dough from scratch, a culinary skill that will serve you well for years to come. For the appetizer, Chef Madi will demonstrate how to make a savory antipasto salad bursting with distinctly Mediterranean flavors. After crafting your pizza dough, you’ll then prepare a magnificent Margherita pizza with basil, tangy tomatoes and creamy mozzarella. For dessert, Chef Madi will teach you how to make sweet, airy and fried zeppoles — a classic Italian doughnut.
