In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Hollie will teach you how to prepare a variety of European dishes that burst with rich, complex flavors. You’ll begin by preparing a bright, refreshing arugula and strawberry salad. For the entrée, you’ll cook a beautiful Tuscan chicken with cherry tomatoes, served in a creamy sauce and topped with Parmesan (and a side of hearty golden beets). To cap the meal, you’ll handcraft crêpes and fill them with a heavenly chocolate sauce.

Tuscan Chicken
With cream, Parmesan, San Marzano cherry tomatoes and spinach
Golden Beets
With extra virgin olive oil and fresh rosemary
Handmade Crêpes
With chocolate sauce

Chef Hollie has facilitated a number of diverse culinary experiences throughout her career, even serving upscale fine dining out of a food truck in one instance. After graduating from culinary school at the top of her class, she served as the head chef at Yellowstone National Park. She also spent time managing a highly regarded French café. Today, she works as a private chef who is passionate about sharing her craft with others.
