This fun, interactive cooking class will transport you to the French Quarter in New Orleans. With Chef Hollie’s help, you’ll create soulful, hearty dishes that will make your taste buds sing. You’ll begin by whipping up a batch of New Orleans-style BBQ shrimp, topped with butter, green onions and spices. Next, you’ll prepare pork chops smothered in holy trinity gravy with a side of scrumptious red potatoes. For dessert, you’ll make an authentic and delicious brioche bread pudding.

Chef Hollie has facilitated a number of diverse culinary experiences throughout her career, even serving upscale fine dining out of a food truck in one instance. After graduating from culinary school at the top of her class, she served as the head chef at Yellowstone National Park. She also spent time managing a highly regarded French café. Today, she works as a private chef who is passionate about sharing her craft with others.
