Cooking Class: Simply Elegant Sunday Dinner

In this hands-on cooking class, guests will prepare an impressive menu perfect for an elegant gathering of friends and family. Enhance your culinary skills under the guidance of Chef Amanda as you prepare an elevated, three-course meal. Begin with a bright twist on a classic deviled egg, pickled with earthy beets and seasoned with dill and paprika. Seared salmon dressed with a tangy herbed lemon and garlic sauce pairs with a classic green bean almondine is for the main course. For dessert, craft a sweet Southern classic, blackberry sour cream coffee cake.

Chef Amanda educated me on how to control gluten formation when creating breads, cakes and cookies. She showed what kind of consistency your dough should be for a sour dough bread or a cake. She is a very good speaker and incredibly informative. I would love to learn more from her again!
