Cooking Class: Flavors of the South Re-Imagined

Join Chef Amanda for a re-imagining of homestyle Southern cuisine in this interactive cooking class. Recall the distinct flavors of the South with fresh ingredients inspired by the region. Start with a sweet and savory appetizer of grilled apricots, burrata cheese, prosciutto and arugula with a tangy balsamic dressing. For the main course, pecan-crusted chicken is paired with a rich bourbon au jus and charred broccolini with a burst of citrus, herbs and garlic.
