In this hands-on cooking class, journey across America with an eclectic menu featuring regional flavors. Under the guidance of Chef Amanda, guests will prepare a vibrant menu of unique dishes highlighting fresh, quality ingredients. Start the meal with a beet and burrata toast with zesty blood orange and herbed oil. A bright, chimichurri salmon pairs with a hearty farro and snap pea salad for a light yet satisfying main course. Dessert is an all-American classic with a twist, an apple galette with vanilla whipped cream and salted caramel drizzle.

Chef Amanda educated me on how to control gluten formation when creating breads, cakes and cookies. She showed what kind of consistency your dough should be for a sour dough bread or a cake. She is a very good speaker and incredibly informative. I would love to learn more from her again!
Chef Amanda has been in the culinary industry for over 15 years, the last five of which she's been at the executive chef level. In the past, she has also worked as a private chef. While she’s knowledgable in American, French and Italian cuisine, her speciality is pastry. She even helped create the Dalai Llama’s birthday cake! Chef Amanda is eager to help you master your kitchen skills and teach you to bake like a true professional.
