Take your baking skills to the next level as Chef Stacey shares her expert tips and techniques in this cooking class featuring stunning desserts and sweet toppings. You'll prepare tiramisu with light and fluffy ladyfingers and topped with mascarpone cream and espresso simple syrup. Next is a strawberry roulade made with fresh strawberries and cream that you'll use to cover ladyfingers. Finish with edible chocolate decorations you can take home to share or enjoy yourself.

I’ve been trying to make macaroons from youtube but my shells never turned out right. Chef Stacey is a great teacher, fun and super descriptive with her instructions. I learned so much and I would definitely recommend her class.
