Cooking Class: Curry From Scratch

Forget the premixed sauces and enjoy the flavors of curry from scratch in this cooking class featuring homemade curry specialties. Chef Malik guides you through the process using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients. You'll start with a seared curry chicken breast with julienne carrots and diced celery and potatoes. Pair this with herb rice accented with fresh basil and cilantro. Finish off this meal with grape rice pudding with sweet custard and quartered grapes sautéed in honey.
