Cooking Class: Italian Comfort Foods

Learn how to prepare all sorts of beloved Italian comfort foods in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Malik. First, you'll enjoy a fresh Caesar salad with authentic dressing and homemade croutons. Then, Chef Malik will show you how to effortlessly make a silky alfredo sauce from scratch for your chicken fettuccine alfredo. It's so easy and delicious that you won't ever think about reaching for the pre-made stuff at the store again! Then, you'll bake your homemade garlic bread until it's golden-brown and fragrant, at which point you'll dig into your feast of comfort food favorites. Finally, you'll whip up a sweet strawberry shortcake for dessert.
