Cooking Class: Elegant Seafood Extravaganza

Join Chef Malik in this hands-on cooking class and learn how to create a gourmet seafood feast. Chef Malik will teach you all the necessary skills and techniques, from scaling, cleaning and filleting to seasoning, cooking and plating. To start, you'll make ceviche using fresh scallops brined in lime juice and herbs then chopped and placed in large cucumber slices that are hallowed out to cups. Then, you'll prepare an appetizer of creamy saffron-seasoned crap dip before moving on to the main entrée of fresh, seasonal fish served with double-baked potatoes and Greek salad. Finally, you'll end your elegant seafood feast with a dessert of Chef Malik's award-winning vanilla bean ice cream.
