Tap into his culinary know-how with elevated dishes that will dazzle your friends and family. You'll prepare an exquisite eggs Benedict topped with hollandaise and a green chard salsa. Then, you'll create tender honey waffles topped with whipped ricotta and lavender honey and sizzle up an elevated take on hash browns seasoned with spring onions. Be sure to bring a bottle of sparkling wine for mimosas to enjoy with it all.
