In this fun, hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to make healthy, flavor-bursting pizza. Chef Denis will teach you, step by step, how to craft sublime pizza, from the dough to the toppings. You’ll begin the class by making dough from scratch, using either cauliflower or flour. You’ll then choose between three different types of zesty pizza sauce to use as your base. For toppings, you’ll roast either an assortment of fresh vegetables or classic pepperoni. To cap the meal, you’ll make a delightful strawberry mousse crumble.

Orange Mascarpone and Strawberry Mousse Anisette Crumble
With crème fraîche, anisette cookies and caramelized sugar

Chef Denis is a seasoned chef with 43 years of experience working in the culinary world. His past roles include banquet chef, executive sous chef, private chef and even being the owner of a catering business, where he hosted both private events and intimate dinners. For the last 28 years, he's spent his time working as a culinary teacher, sharing his passion and knowledge with his students and aspiring chefs to create outstanding, memorable events.
