Learn to make a Southern-style steakhouse meal in this interactive cooking class with Chef Jarrett. First, build a wedge salad with homemade barbecue ranch dressing and cornbread croutons. Then, make sweet and savory Cajun barbecue baby back ribs and a perfectly seared Texas ribeye steak with jalapeños, poblano peppers and cilantro. End on a sweet note with a peach donut bread pudding.

Chef Jarrett showed me how to make a yummy and very colorful mexican street corn salad. He showed me how to fry queso blanco for the first time. The salad was savory and very colorful. This dish will be a perfect addition to my future taco nights! I can't wait to recreate this dish at home.
Chef Jarrett’s robust culinary career began with coveted internships at several high-end country clubs. He went on to cook at the Super Bowl in Phoenix, and catered for the Nationwide Golf Tour and Terry Bradshaw Roast. As a private chef, Chef Jarrett is known for his winsome personality and his authentic, high-quality dishes.
