Chef Jarrett takes you on a tour of the Italian countryside in this hands-on cooking class. Learn to make three authentic Italian dishes that you can recreate at home. Start with a wild mushroom bruschetta with fresh chive garlic oil. Then, indulge in a salty and citrusy salad before creating a classic chicken cacciatore with red wine, tomatoes and capers. For dessert, build layers of ingredients and flavor for a fresh take on cheesecake.

Chef Jarrett showed me how to make a yummy and very colorful mexican street corn salad. He showed me how to fry queso blanco for the first time. The salad was savory and very colorful. This dish will be a perfect addition to my future taco nights! I can't wait to recreate this dish at home.
Chef Jarrett’s robust culinary career began with coveted internships at several high-end country clubs. He went on to cook at the Super Bowl in Phoenix, and catered for the Nationwide Golf Tour and Terry Bradshaw Roast. As a private chef, Chef Jarrett is known for his winsome personality and his authentic, high-quality dishes.
