Chef Lyles will walk you through the method for making a classic, hand-tossed pizza dough that you can make at home to impress friends and family. Start with a refreshing strawberry and arugula salad with feta cheese, mixed greens and a robust balsamic vinaigrette. Next, learn to make Shrimp fra Diavolo pizza with gulf shrimp, plum tomatoes, fresh Italian cheeses and a sprinkling of chili flakes. For dessert, learn how to twist authentic Italian dough knots to dip in a heavenly chocolate sauce.
