Enhance your culinary skills with this modern menu as you bake vegan scones topped with a zesty lemon and ginger glaze, create a smooth hollandaise for eggs Benedict and infuse fresh fruit with a unique elderflower liqueur paired with light and airy whipped cream.

Steve was full of smiles and jokes while cooking his favorite dishes for us. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cooking. I will be dreaming about his chocolate mousse until I recreate it myself.
