Begin your exploration of global cooking with Korean gochujang meatballs and Asian cucumber salad. Master techniques from two regions of Italy using traditional ingredients to create a creamy risotto featuring Northern Italian carnaroli rice and a classic chicken piccata from the southern part of the country. Finally, travel to France to finish the meal with an airy chocolate mousse and coffee.

Steve was full of smiles and jokes while cooking his favorite dishes for us. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cooking. I will be dreaming about his chocolate mousse until I recreate it myself.
